Commencing his career at Freescale Semiconductors, formerly known as Motorola, Jega served as a process engineer specializing in the front-end for wire-bond processes on microprocessors. In this role, he conducted product quality analysis and root cause analysis for product failures. His contributions extended to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product yield.

Transitioning to Transgrid Ventures Sdn Bhd, Jega assumed the role of a project engineer, where he played a pivotal role in diverse projects, including the erection of transmission lines and EPCC contracts for the construction and extension of Tenaga National Berhad’s main sub-stations (PMU) nationwide, ranging from 11kV to 132kV. His responsibilities encompassed project management, detailed engineering tasks covering primary and secondary high voltage equipment, and coordination with various departments within TNB.

Subsequently, Jega dedicated over a decade to a local startup, participating in their inaugural EPCC contract in Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficient (EE) projects in Malaysia. These projects featured the utilization of MWM GmbH’s Internal Combustion Engines (ICE). As the founder of the Lima Lima Group of Companies, Jega serves as the driving force behind the organization, steering it to prominence in the field of ICE generation solutions. Under his leadership, the group has achieved the distinction of being the country’s second-largest company in terms of total installations and operating machines.

Notably, Jega has been extensively engaged with various government agencies, including the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA), Energy Commission Malaysia (ST), Tenaga Nasional Malaysia (TNB), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Gas Malaysia Berhad (GMB), Malaysian Green Technology Corporation (GTC), Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), Indah Water Konsortium (IWK), and the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).

Embarking on his professional journey in 2009, Vicky commenced his career with Telekom Malaysia (TM) as a JKH Contractor, assuming the role of a Technical Assistant. Over the years, he showcased his versatility by taking on diverse responsibilities, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and control of key technical projects and operations. His trajectory within TM culminated in the position of General Manager of Specialized Network Services. In this capacity, Vicky spearheaded the marketing, implementation, operation, and maintenance of networks for a spectrum of clients. His purview extended to the deployment of fiber cables and the sale of fiber products. Notably, he played a pivotal role in operational and maintenance activities for TROS, ND, and NGN projects unit, where the adoption and implementation of industry best practices were paramount to achieving operational excellence.

In his early career at J.C Mills Ltd, Gwalior, India, Pradip excelled as a Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer, playing a pivotal role in maintaining complex electrical systems. As Chief Engineer at PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries, Surabaya, Indonesia, he showcased strategic prowess in optimizing operational performance and energy conservation through effective renovations and modifications.
